He holds a Bachelor in Theology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and Counselor in Training (CIT).
Currently pursuing a PhD, Jamal expands his expertise in mental health to provide comprehensive care. He founded Step by Step with You, Inc. to oversee recovery and personal growth programs and Eagles Wings Recovery, promoting holistic healing.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and two Associate degrees in Applied Science—one in Business Administration and another in Early Childhood Development from Louisiana Delta Community College.
Since 2003, Roderick has provided expert care and support to individuals on their recovery journey. His educational background and extensive experience allow him to offer comprehensive services tailored to clients' mental health and developmental needs.
